Sheringham and Cromer are close enough for a day trip, and the Norfolk Broads are within easy driving distance, making this a practical base for exploring the east coast. Ground Wing is a single-storey cottage on the Gresham Hall Estate, sleeping two in a kingsize bedroom. Everything is on one level: a living room with television and sound system, a kitchen with full cooking and cleaning facilities, a bathroom with bath and shower, and direct access to the enclosed garden where a hot tub can be arranged for an additional fee.

The property comes with wi-fi, electricity, bed linen and towels. A welcome pack of essentials is provided. You have private parking for two cars and the run of the landscaped grounds shared with other properties on the estate, which include a tennis court. One small dog is welcome. The cottage is no-smoking throughout, though there are a few steps down to the garden itself.
