Hall Cottage

Hall Cottage is a substantially equipped five-bedroom house sleeping nine, recently renovated and set in the grounds of Gresham Hall near Melton Constable. The whole property is yours alone. Underfloor heating runs through much of the house, and the sitting room has a woodburner with logs supplied. The kitchen is fully fitted with an induction hob, dishwasher and microwave, opening onto a patio. A utility room houses the washing machine and dryer. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and electricity are all included.

Upstairs, bedrooms are flexible: one has a zip-and-link kingsize that splits into singles on request, another contains two singles, and the rest are single rooms. Three bathrooms serve the property—two with baths and showers, one with a walk-in shower. One bedroom has its own ensuite. Downstairs, a ground-floor bedroom and shower room suit anyone who finds stairs difficult. A travel cot, highchair and stairgate are on hand for younger children.

Outside, a fully enclosed garden has patio seating, a barbecue and a children's play area. Parking accommodates three cars. The property sits within a working farm, so dogs are welcome but must stay on a lead. The coast lies within reach; Cromer, with its pier and wide beach, is among the nearby towns. No smoking indoors.
