Nice spacious site, remarkably quiet given the number of vans on site which was good. A club house (hot drinks and food well priced, but bar was pricey), with pool table. Shower/Toilet block is well maintained, always clean and has space. There is a good pot wash area and laundry. Only minor negative was poor WiFi, but this was acknowledged as an area wide problem that had been reported so out of thier control

Stayed here for part of half term with my two children aged 4 & 6. What a gem of a site. Great facilities which are highly maintained and friendly, helpful staff. The play park is great for kids and there's plenty to do that is walking distance (assuming a reasonable level of fitness). Everything is thought of & practicalities catered for.

Very well organised. Very clean. Two fields with about 100 pitches for touring vans. Some static caravans round the edge. Field is on a bit of a slope so worth having levelling ramps . About 10 minutes to drive into Cromer. Footpath into the woods for dog walkers near the bar area. Looks good for the kids..footie pitch and play area. Very nice and very efficient use of space with strict rules on parking, friendly helpful staff and nice atmosphere. For me probably err towards smaller sites that are a bit less regimented, but if you are away with kids who want to make friends it’s probably perfect for them

I don’t usually write reviews but the quality of service received during my stay at Woodlands Park deserved my praise. I’ve just returned to caravanning after 30 years. I’d decided that Woodlands Park would be my first venture back. Unfortunately I had problems with the electrics within the caravan itself - my sincere thanks go out to the site staff that help solve the problem going above and beyond what you would normally expect. The whole site was of an exception standard - the toilet/showers were clean and very well maintained (a joy to use). The bar friendly and welcoming with one of the best pizza I’ve had in years !! I would thank all the staff for a wonderful few days, I highly recommend this site and will be back next year.
