Little Windmill
North Norfolk
Little Windmill began as a working mill in the village of Hindolveston, and the tower that defined its original purpose remains the building's most distinctive feature. The conversion has created a substantial family home with four bedrooms and two bathrooms across multiple levels, accommodating up to eight guests in a private setting with a large unfenced garden and parking for six cars.
The layout suits group holidays well. Two separate lounges on the ground floor open onto the garden, while the kitchen and dining room are sized for shared cooking and eating. A wet room is practical for post-beach visits, and there is a piano and table football to occupy quieter moments. Bedrooms include a super-king, a double, a twin, a family room with bunks, and another double on the upper levels; the winding tower staircase connects them all. Essentials like wi-fi, bed linen, towels and heating are included.
The village sits roughly eight miles from Holt and twelve miles from the North Norfolk coast, putting Blakeney, Cley and the heritage railway within easy reach. This is a rural location suited to groups wanting space to spread out and the peace of the countryside rather than being in a town centre.
