Great Yarmouth sits on Norfolk's coast, within reach of both the Broads and long stretches of beach. Mill View is a single-storey conversion just outside the town, near the Falgate Inn, with direct access to Weavers Way footpath. The Norfolk Broads lie a mile away—boatyards offer daily hire and river trips—while sandy beaches start three miles south, from the busier stretch at Sea Palling to quieter spots like Cart Gap and Happisburgh.

The whole property is yours alone. Two bedrooms sleep four: a kingsize with ensuite shower, and a twin with a separate shower room. An open-plan living space has a 50-inch smart TV and a kitchen equipped to cook properly, including an oven, hob, dishwasher and fridge. The layout is entirely ground floor with one small step at the entrance. Electricity, wi-fi, bed linen and towels are all included; underfloor heating keeps it warm. A travel cot and highchair are available on request.

Outside, an enclosed lawned garden has patio furniture and a barbecue. One dog stays free; others can be arranged beforehand. Parking for two cars sits on site. No smoking indoors.
