Pine View sits on the end of a row in an elevated spot overlooking the North Norfolk coast, with direct access to Cromer Country Club's facilities—the swimming pool, sauna, Jacuzzi and gym are all included in your stay. A clifftop walk leads down to Cromer beach, and the terrace faces south across the garden. The property is a duplex sleeping five across two bedrooms and two bathrooms, arranged over two floors.

Downstairs holds the living and dining room with a patio door opening to the terrace, where garden furniture is set out. The kitchen is equipped for everyday cooking—electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave and full-size fridge. Upstairs, one bedroom has a king bed with an ensuite shower, while the other contains three single beds and there's a separate bathroom. Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are covered; heating is electric. A travel cot is available if needed, and there is parking on site.

Cromer itself is a Victorian seaside town with pier entertainments and fresh seafood restaurants. Within a short drive lie Sheringham's steam railway, boat trips, bird reserves and seal-watching spots. The Norfolk Broads, Felbrigg Hall, Blickling Hall and Norwich are all accessible. No smoking throughout. There are slopes and steps to the main parking area.
