Villa 9 is fully equipped for self-catering, with electricity, heating, bed linen and towels all included. The kitchen has an electric cooker, microwave, fridge and freezer; the bathroom combines a bath with shower over; and the living area has a Freeview TV and DVD player. Three bedrooms sleep five guests: a kingsize bed, two single beds, and a three-quarter double. A welcome pack is provided on arrival.
The villa sits within Cromer Country Club's 3-acre grounds, where guests have free access to a heated indoor swimming pool (depths 0.6m to 1.8m), sauna, hot tub and steam room, plus a games room, laundry facilities and on-site pub and restaurant. The grounds are wooded and shared with other properties on site. Wi-Fi is available throughout the property, and there is parking for one car. Please note the site is built on slopes with steps throughout; smoking is not permitted.
Cromer itself lies a mile away via a clifftop walk or across the beach at low tide. The Victorian resort has its famous pier with end-of-pier shows, a cinema, arcades, independent shops and high street names, museums, parks, cafes and restaurants. The location falls within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
