The ground floor is open plan, with a kitchen fitted for actual cooking, a living area with a wood burner for cooler evenings, and dining space where everyone can eat together. A travel cot and highchair are available, and heating and electricity are included in the price.

Outside, you have a private hot tub that holds seven people, open from 9am to 10pm, and a courtyard with garden furniture. Parking covers four cars. The property sits quietly on its own, with few other buildings nearby, but the North Norfolk coast is less than five miles away—beaches at Mundesley and Cromer with its pier are both within easy reach. The Norfolk Broads lie ten miles off, and the market town of Sheringham is close by for supplies or a change of scene. One dog can stay free. No smoking inside, and the property is not available for hen or stag parties.
