Families and small groups of four will find Primrose Cottage suits a relaxed coastal break. The Victorian flint and brick building sits in a quiet spot within reach of Sheringham and Cromer—both around five miles away—where beaches, traditional seaside attractions and seasonal events fill the calendar. The cottage itself has original features including exposed beams, and comes with the essentials: electricity, heating, bed linen and towels included.
Downstairs holds a living room with a woodburner and Freeview television, a separate dining room, and a kitchen equipped for proper cooking—electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and washer dryer all present. The bathroom has a bath with shower over and a separate toilet. Upstairs, one bedroom has a double bed (4ft 6in) and the other two singles (3ft). A highchair is available for those with small children. Private parking for two cars is on site, and there's a bike store for exploring the local cycle route that starts at the cottage gate.
The front garden has lawn and seating. Public footpaths begin from the cottage door, and the North Norfolk Coast itself—with rock pools, beaches and quiet walks—lies within easy reach. One small dog is welcome. No smoking throughout.
