What a fantastic find. We've been to The Broads for years (house boats, boats and cottages) this is THE BEST place we have stayed. The owners thought of everything. No need to take anything except maybe some extra toilet rolls, and washing liquid if you want to wash clothes. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could wish for and there was handsoap in each bathroom. The beds were comfy, decor in peaceful relaxing colours and all towels were provided. I think I fell in love with the place a bit! Parking for 2 cars, plenty to do locally if you've not been before. Horning Circular Walk, RAF Museum, Horsey Waterpump and beach (with 50+ seals to entertain you), Wroxham Barns, Bewilderwood if your kids are less than 19 & 21! The Ferry Inn are practically 200m away and provide huge portions of no fuss pub grub and a carvery. Also great for gluten free if this is required. Plenty of other options to eat out locally, The Galley in Horning Lower Street is a lovely find, again with GF options a plenty. The Swan Inn is also a great place to eat too. Will definitely be coming back to Puddle Inn Duck

Went to puddle in Duck last week. When we first went in the holiday let, there was a faint smell in there. As we went into the onsuite bedroom the smell got stronger. I opened the toilet door, there was a stronge smell of sewers. There was no air fresheners to mask the smell. We had to go out and buy some. The smell wasn't so bad after a few days of using air fresheners, unless you went in the onsuite toilet. I kept that door closed. I wouldn't sleep in that bedroom. There was no dvd player as stated. The freezer wasn't working properly. It was freezing my ice packs properly. If you have trouble with stairs. These are very steep. There was a lovely view from the windows. If it wasn't for the smell I would have said it was a lovely holiday let.

Recently stayed at the Puddle Inn Duck and what an amazing place, right on the marina within a 2 min walk of the pub which is right on the river. Everything you need is provided and very clean. Love the upside down house and the view from the living room is amazing. Really enjoyed our stay here and hope to go back.
