Cromer's seafront and high street are both within easy walking distance of Samphire, meaning the beach, independent shops, pubs and restaurants are essentially on the doorstep. The traditional pier, lighthouse and Amazonia Zoo are nearby; Sheringham's steam railway and leisure pool are a short drive away, as are the National Trust properties at Felbrigg, Blickling and Sheringham Park.

This ground-floor apartment sleeps five across two bedrooms: a double and a bunk bed arrangement (double below, single above). The open-plan living space centres on a bay window with original marble fireplace, while the kitchen is fitted with an electric cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer and washing machine. There is one bathroom with bath and shower cubicle. Bed linen, towels, wifi and heating are all included; a single parking space sits outside.

The rear opens onto an enclosed courtyard garden with terrace and seating, sheltered enough for afternoon sun or an evening barbecue. A bike store is on site. No smoking is permitted. Note that access involves 2 steps at the entrance.
