Silver Dawn

Walk through the entrance of Silver Dawn and you enter a spacious ground-floor living area with bi-fold doors opening straight onto decking that overlooks the water. The ground floor holds the main living space, a separate dining area, a kitchen equipped for proper cooking, and one bedroom with two single beds. Upstairs are three further bedrooms: two with kingsize beds and ensuites, one with twin singles and its own shower room. There are four bathrooms in total across the property, each with heated towel rails.

This detached house stands on the River Bure itself, with a private mooring to the front and rear. A 6-seater motor launch is available through the owner, letting you explore the surrounding broads and villages by water. The garden stretches from the decked area down to the riverside, where fishing is possible (seasonal, licence required). Parking for two cars is on site. Bed linen, towels, wi-fi and heating are included; the kitchen has a range cooker, dishwasher, American fridge freezer and laundry appliances. Horning village, with its inns, restaurants and shops, is moments away. No smoking inside the property. One dog is welcome.
