The Venetian

The Venetian is a two-bedroom, one-bathroom ground-floor cottage sleeping three, situated in Horning on the edge of the Norfolk Broads. The entire property is yours alone. Everything happens on one level: a combined living and dining area with a Smart TV, a kitchen fitted with a hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, air fryer and coffee machine, two bedrooms (one with a super kingsize bed, one single), a shower room with a double cubicle and heated towel rail, and a separate toilet. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included.

Horning is a working village on the water, with pubs, restaurants and river access nearby. The Norfolk Broads National Park sits close by. At the rear, an enclosed garden has seating and a barbecue. Parking is on the road outside. The property does not permit smoking. There is a step leading into the split-level garden area.
