This Victorian terrace spans three floors with five bedrooms and two bathrooms, offering space for up to nine guests. The ground floor contains two living areas—one with an open fire and television, the other a sun room—plus a dining room and kitchen equipped for proper cooking. Bed linen, Wi-Fi and heating are included; the courtyard provides an outdoor sitting space with furniture. One well-behaved pet is welcome.

Mundesley sits within the Norfolk Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, a quiet village built around wide sandy beaches and a working centre. The beach is within walking distance, as are the village shops, cafés and a pub. The 9-hole golf course and numerous footpaths are nearby for exploration. Cromer, 7 miles away, has its pier and full range of seaside attractions; Sheringham offers an indoor pool and the North Norfolk Steam Railway. Norwich is a 40-minute drive for major shopping and culture; the market town of North Walsham, 15 minutes away, provides everyday amenities. No smoking throughout the property.
