The Small Barn

North Norfolk works well as a base for the region's three big draws—the coastline, the Broads, and Norwich—and The Small Barn sits within reach of all three. It's a detached property on the owner's grounds, with its own parking and a lawned, enclosed garden accessed from the living room through French doors. The barn itself takes up two storeys: downstairs holds a living room with Freeview TV and a kitchen/dining space with electric cooker, microwave and fridge; upstairs are two bedrooms (one double, one twin) and a shower room.

The surrounding 1.5 acres include mature planted areas and lawn, though the owner's garden remains private; guests have the run of the grounds and there's a bike store if you want to explore on two wheels. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are all included. One dog is welcome at no extra charge. Note that there's a pond in the grounds about 20 yards from the property.

Weybourne beach is within easy reach, as are Blakeney Quay and the other villages that make up the Norfolk coast. Cromer and its pier are also close by.
