Disgusting. Everything was filthy, the owner was beyond rude! All the equipment is damaged, ripped, stained. It smells and just feels dirty. Will not return, now going to give my child a dettol bath!!

Paid £2 to get norovirus and flu, vile vile place. Went to mega fun to use the soft play, went to pay for a session and the staff were like zombies. The woman at the kitchen counter didn't acknowledge me and stared at me blankly for ages. Then just said it would be £2 for me and my child. Fantastic super cheap! The whole place was vile, has not been cleaned since the 90s it seems. Also no lights on in the play area. Outdated and such a horrible experience. Only stayed there 15 minutes. Apon two days later me and my child developed a severe fever, flu and diarrhea. Both symptoms emerging at the same time! My child and I haven't been anywhere to contract this so I wouldn't be surprised if it's something we picked up here! Due to the time period and the cleanliness of the place ! Should be a matter for environmental health.

Absolutely vile. Avoid at all costs. Place is as run down as the owners rude attitude. So much is broken and the place is THILTH. no wonder why its dead and noone visits anymore. Hope they do get a buyer and someone with less of a disgusting attitude can create something safe, clean and fun for the children.
