The Warren comes ready for a proper stay: electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and wifi are all sorted, plus the initial fuel for the open fire. The kitchen has everything for cooking—electric oven, dishwasher, microwave and fridge—and there's a washing machine if you need it. Upstairs are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two singles; the bathroom has a bath with shower over. Downstairs is open-plan living with a wood-burning stove, a dining area and patio doors onto the garden. One dog stays free, and there's a cot and highchair if needed.
This is a traditional flint and pebble cottage in the coastal village of Bacton, a short walk from the beach. The enclosed, lawned garden has a patio and furniture; there's parking for one car on site and a bike store. The sandy beach is the main draw, but inland you'll find Bacton Woods good for walking and cycling. Cromer and Sheringham are 12 miles away, Wroxham and the Broads 10 miles, and BeWILDerwood adventure park is nearby. A shop and restaurant are 400 yards away, a pub half a mile. Note that the stairs are open and steep.
