About The Leas Beach Park
Tucked right beside a sandy beach near the sleepy village of Bacton, The Leas Beach Park is a small, family-run site offering self-catering caravan holidays on the North Norfolk coast. Each caravan comes with a well-equipped kitchenette (tea, coffee and milk provided), ensuite shower room, double and single bedroom, plus a cosy living area with Smart TV, DVD player and electric fire. Travel cots and baby baths are available to borrow, and there's a free laundry room on site.
The park sits between Cromer (25 minutes) and Great Yarmouth (40 minutes) for classic seaside days out, with the Norfolk Broads also close by. Children can burn off energy on the climbing frame, swings and slide, while scenic coastal walks stretch in both directions from the beach. A seafront pub is just 15 minutes on foot, and Bacton village (five minutes' drive) has cafés, fish and chips, and an essentials store.

What visitors say
We have just returned from a weekend stay at The Leas Beach Park and highly recommend staying here. Everything is so well thought out and Jos is so considerate. There was amenities upon arrival such as milk, tea, coffee, sugar, cooking oil and salt & pepper, washing up liquid & cloth, cleaning supplies, access to washer and dryer etc. That you do not find at the more name branded sites in yarmouth/caister. The welcome pack lists everything provided in the caravan, as well as directories of local shops, medical centers, restaurants and even maps of lovely local walking routes. There was a brand new small play park on site which my 3yo loved and even toys provided on loan which you can take back to the caravan. The location is perfect, with the beach being less than a 2 minute walk away and we have already booked another stay. It was so quiet (apart from our 3yo, ha) and the beach was quiet and clean. My husband and son even spotted a starfish! Thank you so much to Jos for you kindness, empathy and considerations and we shall see you next time 😊.

Absolutely beautiful and clean caravan we had such a lovely few days and couldn't ask for anything more. 100% recommended to anyone who wants a quiet beach spot with everything you need to have a comfortable stay.

We booked for here but unfortunately due to the rather abysmal weather, we decided to just pack everything up again and headed home the very next day as the forecast was going to be the same for the whole weekend, ((it just chucked it down!🌧️⛈️🌧️)), which was a shame. On a positive note; the caravan was spotless and the site was a lovely little quiet site which would have suited our needs. [You just can't order the weather I'm afraid! Hey-ho! 😢]

We love this place, second time of staying here, and we cannot fault it. Spectacular location. Clean and spacious caravans, with such a friendly and attentive host to the lovely little site. We are a family of 5 and will absolutely be returning again and again.
