Walking up to Tracara Cottage, you arrive into an open-plan living and dining space with French doors onto a balcony. Everything happens on this one floor: the living room has a television and DVD player; the kitchen is fitted with an electric cooker, dishwasher and washing machine; three double bedrooms branch off, with one offering an ensuite shower room. A second bathroom serves the other two bedrooms. An enclosed garden sits outside, and there is parking for two cars on site. The cottage sleeps six and welcomes one pet.
Horning is a Broadland village where the waterfront lies just ten yards away, making this an obvious base for exploring the Norfolk Broads by boat or bike. The village itself has pubs, cafés, a fish restaurant and shops within fifty yards. Wroxham, known as the capital of the Broads, is a ten-minute drive and has train connections; Norwich city centre is eleven miles further. Nature reserves run by the RSPB are nearby, and BeWILDerwood Adventure Park offers activities for families. The coast is ten miles away.
Electricity, wifi, bed linen and towels are included. No smoking is permitted in the property. Note that the river is unfenced.
