Two bedrooms sleep four: one has a double bed with an ensuite shower, the other two singles and a separate bathroom with bath and shower. The living and dining room runs across the front, with high ceilings and a bay window framing the pier. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, with a dishwasher, washing machine and full-size oven. Bed linen, towels, heating and wi-fi are included. The property is non-smoking.

The seafront is a short walk away, as is the town centre with its independent shops and restaurants. Ladye Bay, a quieter pebble beach, lies within walking distance. Weston-super-Mare's Grand Pier and sandy beach are reachable by car in around 10 minutes, and Bristol is half an hour away.
