Yew Tree Farm is a characterful 16th-century property on working farmland near Regil village, with everything needed for a self-catering stay already in place. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer; the ground floor includes a dining room and bathroom with roll-top bath. Upstairs are two king-size bedrooms, a single bedroom and a shower room. Both the living room and dining room have wood-burners for cooler months, and electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and initial fuel are all included.
The accommodation suits a group of five or a family with older children (under-eights are not suitable). On-site parking accommodates three cars, and one small dog is welcome. An enclosed garden with seating looks out over the rural surroundings. The listed building retains original character; it sits in an area with walking routes nearby and benefits from the wildlife of the farmland setting, though being Grade II listed means the building has the quirks that come with age.
