Working farmland surrounds this converted barn in North Warwickshire, between Polesworth and Warton. The countryside here is cattle and horse country, and the farm sits at height with views across it. Tamworth and the broader Midlands lie within easy reach for days out, while the village pub is less than a mile away.

The Granary is a two-bedroom property you have entirely to yourself. Downstairs, a living and dining room with Freeview TV opens onto a rear garden with patio and gas barbecue. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, with electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. One bedroom has two single beds (which can be linked as a double on request); the other, upstairs, is a kingsize with an ensuite shower. A second bathroom downstairs has a bath with shower over. Electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are included. The property has oil central heating, and there is parking for two cars on site.

One dog can stay free, though it must be kept on a lead because of the sheep. No smoking inside.
