Barn Owl Cottage

Barn Owl Cottage is a single-storey property in Kirk Hammerton, North Yorkshire, sleeping four across two bedrooms. Both rooms have kingsize beds, televisions, and en-suite bathrooms with baths, showers and heated towel rails. The ground floor is entirely open-plan: a combined living and dining space with a Smart TV opens onto the kitchen, which has a range cooker, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer and coffee machine. A utility room contains a washing machine and tumble dryer. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included.

Outside, a private patio has garden furniture and a gas barbecue; parking for two cars is on site. A pub lies within a mile, in the neighbouring village. The cottage is no-smoking. The layout means it works equally well for two couples or a family of four—though a travel cot, highchair and stairgate can be arranged if needed. Check-in is after 4pm and checkout before 10am.
