Birkend Farmhouse

Birkend Farmhouse comes fully equipped for a self-catering stay. The kitchen has an electric range, dishwasher, microwave and all essentials for cooking; heating is oil-fired with underfloor heating on the ground floor, and initial logs for the multi-fuel burners are supplied. Bed linen, towels, wi-fi and electricity are included. Three bedrooms sleep six: a double with ensuite on the first floor, a second double with Freeview TV, and two singles also with a TV. The main bathroom has a bath with shower over. Downstairs, the living room and dining room both have multi-fuel burners, and there's a breakfast bar in the kitchen.

The house sits in an elevated position with views over Swaledale. Outside, the large enclosed garden contains a wild flower meadow, summer house, decking and seating areas, plus a bike store and parking for four cars. Reeth village is nearby with pubs, restaurants, a convenience store, post office and bakery. Richmond, Leyburn and Hawes are within reach for exploring further afield. No smoking indoors; one well-behaved pet is welcome.
