A beck runs through the farmland behind the property.
The space sleeps two in a super king bed with an en-suite shower. The open-plan living area and kitchen sit on one level, with a breakfast bar, electric oven and hob, dishwasher, and fridge. Large patio doors open directly onto the balcony. Essentials including electricity, bed linen, towels and wi-fi are covered. There is private parking for two cars and a lawn with garden furniture. Disabled access note: the stairs to the apartment are open tread.

Just stayed two nights at BrookFields Farm with my dog, and what a lovely place it is. The farm is home to donkeys, horses, sheep and chickens, all clearly very well cared for. The facilities are spotless, including a clean toilet, and the views are absolutely stunning. The owners are incredibly kind and will happily go out of their way to help if you need anything. There are fantastic walks right from the doorstep, including an amazing waterfall just ten minutes away. A peaceful, welcoming spot — highly recommended.

This has to be the best holiday home I have ever stayed at. Everything was perfect and I mean perfect this was my first visit but won't be my LAST. The owners are so friendly and professional thank you so much Ps my wife loved the friendly Donkeys

Cracking site, friendly owners, flat hardstanding pitches all with EHU, super clean bog, wicked views, lots of walks that the owner pointed out, 20min walk to Leyburn, defo come back
