Broughton Hall Estate - Top Lodge

Broughton Hall Estate spreads across England's largest rewilding project, where ancient woodlands, moorland and riverside create a landscape quite unlike a typical holiday rental setting. Top Lodge sits within these grounds, a recently refurbished three-bedroom house that sleeps six in rooms with zip-and-link beds (convertible to twins on request). Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom with shower and bath.

The ground floor holds a kitchen fitted for proper cooking, a dining room and sitting room with Freeview Smart TV. Upstairs are two further bedrooms and a second bathroom. Outside, the lodge has its own garden with a BBQ and access to shared grounds; there's also a bike store and car parking on site. One small dog is welcome. Essentials like heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are provided, along with a travel cot, highchair and stairgate for those who need them.

Your stay gives you free access to the estate's walking and cycling routes, and there's a pub within a mile. The Yorkshire Dales villages of Kettlewell and Grassington are within reach for days out. No smoking inside the property.
