Cromwell House

Built in 2021, Cromwell House is a modern apartment on the first floor of a property in Skipton, designed and fitted out with considerable care. It's a compact space that works well for two: everything unfolds across one level, with the kitchen, living area, bedroom and shower room all accessible without stairs. The kitchen is properly equipped for cooking, the sitting area has a smart TV and comfortable seating, and the bedroom contains a king-size bed. Essentials like electricity, bed linen and towels are provided.

The real draw is the garden. At the back is a patio with furniture, a barbecue, and a hot tub that seats four—yours alone to use. There's also bike storage and parking for one car on site. One dog or cat can stay free. Smoking is not permitted inside.

Skipton itself is a working market town with independent shops, cafés and restaurants. The property sits within reach of the Yorkshire Dales National Park and Nidderdale Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, making it a practical base for walking, cycling and exploring the surrounding countryside. Arrive after 4pm; check-out is before 10am.
