About Willowbeck Farm

Willowbeck Farm offers a back-to-basics pitch in the North Yorkshire countryside near Skipton, tailored for self-sufficient campers and tourers. It's an adults-only site open year-round, welcoming dogs and providing electric hook-ups, drinking water, and WiFi. The trade-off for peace and simplicity is clear: there are no showers or toilets on site, so you'll need your own facilities.

What it lacks in amenities it makes up for in location. The farm sits within easy reach of the Yorkshire Dales, making it a practical base for walkers and cyclists keen to explore the moors and market towns without the fuss of a busier campsite. If you're after a quiet, no-frills spot with good access to Skipton and the Dales, this fits the bill.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Willowbeck Farm, Wigglesworth – Our Review We've just returned to Willowbeck Farm in Wigglesworth, and it's reminded us exactly why we keep coming back. This adults-only site is peaceful, beautifully maintained, and the perfect place to switch off and relax. The grounds are immaculate, with plenty of space to enjoy the countryside. The fully serviced pitches make setting up effortless, and if you prefer, there's also a grassed area with electric hook-up available. One of our favourite features has to be the secure dog field. It's such a fantastic addition and gives the dogs a safe place to run, play, and burn off some energy while you're away. Just a 3-minute walk from the site is a gorgeous pub called The Plough with a lovely beer garden. The staff are incredibly friendly, the food is absolutely delicious, and it's the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring. If you're looking for a peaceful adults-only campsite with excellent facilities, stunning surroundings, and somewhere that's genuinely dog-friendly, we couldn't recommend Willowbeck Farm highly enough. We'll definitely be back again!

Loved our stay. The site is immaculate and well landscaped. Very peaceful and quiet. Dog field is brilliant and the local pub which is just behind the site called The Plough is superb, which was a fantastic recommendation by the friendly owner. It's a fantastic location for exploring the Yorkshire Dales and Forest of Bowland. Will definitely be coming back. 10/10. Only thing to bear in mind is to bring rock pegs if your on a hardstanding pitch. Ground is pretty solid.
