Family Retreat sits above a coffee shop on Grassington's market square in North Yorkshire. Inside, the ground floor opens into a single unified space: kitchen, dining and living areas flow together across a couple of steps, with the main bedroom off to one side. Upstairs, a galleried study overlooks the living area, two further bedrooms branch off in different directions, and two bathrooms serve the whole property. One bedroom has a flexible layout with a double and single bed; another contains a kingsize; the main floor bedroom converts from a superking to two singles if needed.

The kitchen is fitted with an oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine—everything for proper cooking rather than heating up. There's a freeview smart TV in the living room and another in the study, books and games upstairs, and wi-fi throughout. Essentials like bed linen, towels and heating are covered. The enclosed courtyard garden has furniture. Parking is available in the public car parks nearby. One well-behaved dog is welcome; the property provides a cot, highchair and stairgates for younger children, and includes a welcome pack plus extras for dogs. No smoking.
