Market Square
North Yorkshire
Grassington sits within the Yorkshire Dales, a former lead mining village that has become a focal point for activity. The cobbled market square, stone cottages and former Mechanics Institute (now the town hall) give it distinct character. A pub is within walking distance, and the countryside beyond offers plenty to explore.
Market Square is a two-bedroom flat on the first floor, sleeping four. Both bedrooms have double beds. The bathroom has a bath with shower attachment. Downstairs, a living room with television opens onto a kitchen/dining room equipped for cooking—oven, hob, dishwasher and fridge-freezer are all there. Bed linen, towels and wi-fi are included. One small dog can stay free, though it should be kept downstairs and off the furniture.
The entrance hallway has space for boots and coats. This is somewhere to use as a base for exploring the Dales, or simply to settle in after days spent walking nearby. No smoking inside.
