Grouse Hill - Stable Cottage
North Yorkshire
Stable Cottage is a single-storey conversion of a former stable, arranged entirely on one level. You arrive into a combined living and dining space with flagstone flooring warmed by underfloor heating, vaulted ceilings and exposed timber beams, light coming in through Velux windows. The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher and washer-dryer. The bedroom holds a king-size bed and opens to an ensuite with bath and over-shower. Everything here works for cooking proper meals and settling in for more than just a night or two.
A private driveway accommodates three cars, and you have your own garden with a sitting-out area, though there are four steps down to it. One well-behaved pet is welcome. The cottage sits five miles from Robin Hood's Bay; the North York Moors National Park is nearby. Essentials including bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and heating are covered. Smoking is not permitted.
