The barn occupies working farmland with rolling countryside in every direction—the kind of setting where guests actually want to spend time outside.

Holmeside Barn is a converted stone building with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, sleeping 8. The ground floor holds two bedrooms, a living room and a sunroom with floor-to-ceiling windows that frame the views, plus a well-equipped kitchen with an Aga and induction hob opening onto a decked garden area. Upstairs are two further kingsize bedrooms, one with an ensuite. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wi-fi are included, along with initial logs for the woodburner. A travel cot and highchair are available if needed.

The garden has a lawned area, decking, a BBQ and furniture for outdoor meals. There's a children's play area and secure parking for 4 cars. One pet stays free. The property is let as a whole to yourselves—no shared facilities or neighbouring holiday lets. No smoking indoors.
