Kelvin House

Families and groups of up to six will find Kelvin House works well as a base for the Yorkshire Dales. The apartment occupies the first and second floors of a period property in Grassington village itself, where a pub, shops and restaurants are within walking distance. There is private parking for two cars on site, and a shared bike store for guests exploring the network of routes in the surrounding countryside.

The layout gives three bedrooms: two with super kingsize beds (one with an ensuite shower) and one with two single beds. A second bathroom serves the rest of the property. Downstairs, a combined living and dining room has a wood burner and a 55-inch smart television, while the kitchen is equipped for self-catering with electric ovens, a gas hob, dishwasher and washer-dryer. Bed linen, towels, wi-fi and heating are included; initial logs for the burner are provided. The property is non-smoking.

The footpaths and cycling trails on the Dales' doorstep make it particularly suited to walkers and cyclists. Those after a quieter break will find the village itself has enough to keep them occupied without leaving home.
