About The Bull Inn West Tanfield
Ripon's North Yorkshire setting, with golf and entertainment nearby, makes a good base for exploring the area, and The Bull Inn West Tanfield offers a straightforward place to stay on Church Street. This is a small hotel with just five rooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and the option of drinks brought to the room, giving it the feel of a traditional inn rather than a large hotel.
The property has its own restaurant and bar, along with breakfast served on site, and there's a garden with outdoor seating for warmer days. Free WiFi and 24 hour reception cover the practical side, while free on-site parking makes arriving by car simple.
Beyond the inn itself, guests are within reach of local pubs, bars and restaurants, and pets are welcome, so a dog can come along for the trip. It's a compact, no-frills option for those wanting a base near Ripon rather than a destination in itself.
