Selby sits between York and the Vale of York, with easy reach of both. Little Acres Cottage is a single-storey property just outside the town, opening onto an enclosed garden with sitting space and views across farmland. The whole place is yours alone, and one well-behaved pet stays free.

The open-plan living space has a woodburner, French doors to the garden, and a smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking; there's also a utility room with a washing machine and freezer. One bedroom has a king bed and ensuite shower; the other has a zip-and-link super king (or two singles on request). The family bathroom has a bath with shower over. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are all included, along with initial fuel for the stove and a welcome pack. Parking for three cars is on site.

From here you can walk to Claude's Meadow or drive to York in under half an hour. Selby itself has pubs, shops and a historic abbey. The property is ground floor throughout, though there is a step down into the garden. No smoking indoors.
