Mill Barn is a converted barn on a working farm, designed entirely on one level. You arrive into a generous open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area and sitting room arranged around a woodburner; large skylights and glass doors opening onto a raised deck flood the space with light. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, and there's a utility room with a washing machine. Three bedrooms are spread across the property: a king with an ensuite shower, and two zip-and-link twin rooms (each can be joined to make a super-king) with one ensuite and one separate ensuite bathroom with both bath and shower. An enclosed lawned garden sits to the front with seating, and private parking for three cars. The ground-floor layout and ramped entry make it accessible to guests with mobility considerations.

Bed linen, towels and wi-fi are included; heating and hot water are covered too. A travel cot, highchair and initial fuel for the woodburner are provided. One well-behaved dog stays free.
