Manor Farm Cottages - Reed Cottage

Reed Cottage is a converted barn sleeping nine across four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Three rooms have king beds; the fourth has three singles. Two bedrooms have en-suites, and there's a family bathroom with a roll-top bath upstairs. The ground floor is open-plan, with a large dining table, wood burner, and a kitchen equipped for proper cooking—double oven, dishwasher, American fridge freezer. A second living room with a PlayStation 4 gives groups different spaces to spread into. The property sits on the North Yorkshire coast with countryside nearby for exploration.

The enclosed rear garden holds a private hot tub and patio seating. Parking for four cars is provided. Underfloor heating with air source heat pump, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are included; wood is also supplied during winter months. A travel cot, highchair and stairgate are available if needed. One pet stays free. The cottage does not permit smoking.
