It was such a wonderful stay! From the moment we met the owners, Andrew and Lucinda, we felt genuinely welcomed. Their warm hospitality made us feel right at home. The hotel is in a good location, with many attractions within about a 30-minute drive, including Flamborough Head, Queen’s Rocks, Scarborough, and more. Our room was cosy, comfortable, and very clean, making it the perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing. To be honest, this was the best breakfast I’ve had in the UK. It was not only delicious but also thoughtfully prepared and served with genuine care. You could really feel the owners’ passion and hospitality in every detail. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

What a wonderful restaurant. We felt welcome as soon as we entered the hotel. Sitting in the snug pre drinks brought back many happy memories of dining out in the past. Andrew and his team were extremely attentive explaining the dishes we had choosen. We choose the 6 course menu. It did not disappoint. The Tiger Chocolate was a combination of flavours that had been inspired by The chefs Michael trip to India. Such creativity and the sorbet...wow. Just absolutely amazing.

My wife and I decided to have a last minute mini-break on a bank holiday weekend and we happened upon this location entirely by accident. We were not disappointed! The property is beautiful, the rooms and communal areas are clean and tidy and have character. Andrew and Lucinda are two of the most welcoming, kind people you will ever come accross - they can't do enough for guests. The restaurant food was exemplary and the breakfasts each morning were never a disappointment. I would recommend Orchard Lodge to anyone.

Went on a recommendation and wasnt disappointed. Lovely little snug bar for a pre dinner drink. Attentive owner lovely welcome and smile. Food was absolutely outstanding every mouthful was delicious all locally sourced presentation was excellent will definitely return and bring friends/family. Great value for money we had the 4 course menu each and two drinks each for £100! Both agreed we haven't had food that good in years.
