Mill Barn is a converted 17th-century barn on the edge of Hebden village, with open countryside views across fields toward Burnsall Fell. The property is yours alone, with parking for two cars and a patio for sitting out. A footpath leads down to the River Wharfe within minutes on foot, and the surrounding Dales landscape is accessible for walking directly from the property.
Downstairs is an open-plan living and dining space with a woodburner, French doors onto the patio, and a kitchen equipped for proper cooking—oven, hob, dishwasher and all the basics. Upstairs are two bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with two singles, plus a bathroom with bath and shower. The essentials are provided: heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wi-fi, along with fuel for the woodburner. A travel cot and highchair are available if needed.
Hebden itself has a pub, shop and tea rooms within a short distance. Grassington, about a mile and a half away, offers more choice for eating and shopping. No smoking inside the property.
