The Coble Landing has the lifeboat station, street food stalls and amusements. Beyond the beach itself, there's a bowling green, tennis courts, miniature golf, and a golf course nearby.

The house itself is arranged over two floors. Downstairs has a living room with a smart TV and DVD player, a separate dining room, and a kitchen equipped for proper cooking—gas oven and hob, dishwasher, washing machine. There's a ground-floor toilet too. Upstairs holds three bedrooms: two doubles and a single, plus a bathroom with both a bath and shower cubicle. A walled patio at the back has garden furniture and a BBQ; you can watch the morning from the front, or retreat to shade in the afternoon. Private parking for two cars is on site.
