A wood-burning stove in the living room adds warmth on cooler evenings, and there is a smart TV for downtime.

The house sleeps five across three bedrooms: a king, a double and a single. The bathroom has both a bath and a separate shower cubicle. Parking for one car comes with the property, with additional on-street spaces nearby. An enclosed front garden with patio and seating faces south. One well-behaved dog stays free. The property does not accommodate stag or hen parties, and smoking is not permitted inside.

Bentham Village sits in the Yorkshire Dales, within reach of walking and cycling routes. The Black Bull Hotel is close by. Access to the house is via 14 steps; the garden itself has a further 6 steps.
