Oak Tree Farm - The Farmhouse

West Witton sits in the Yorkshire Dales, and Oak Tree Farm – The Farmhouse is a restored property from 1812 set in this rural village. The entire house is yours, with three bedrooms across the first floor and space for six guests. One bedroom has a super king bed with an ensuite shower; another has a king and single bed; the third is a double. There are two bathrooms in total, one shared between bedrooms two and three. Downstairs, the kitchen is built around a range cooker and central island. A separate dining room and living room both have woodburners, and French doors open onto patios front and back. The utility room has a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Essentials like bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and heating are provided, along with initial logs for the fires. The property comes with parking for three cars, an enclosed garden with lawn, and garden furniture on both patios. One small to medium-sized dog is welcome. Children's equipment including a travel cot and highchair is available. There is a fenced pond in the garden, two yards from the house. No smoking throughout.
