Old Joiners Shop is a converted property in North Yorkshire, set within walking distance of Ripon's city centre. The kitchen is equipped to cook proper meals—electric cooker, induction hob, dishwasher and all the basics are there. One bedroom has a kingsize bed, the other has bunks. The single wet room contains a shower and toilet. Bed linen, towels, wi-fi and heating are included.

Outside, an enclosed garden with seating area and barbecue adjoins the property, and there is parking for two cars on site. Ripon itself has a cathedral, market square, restaurants, pubs, golf course and spa gardens. The canal basin with its moored barges is a short walk away. Fountains Abbey and Studley Royal are nearby, as are Harrogate, York and the North York Moors. The property does not permit smoking.
