Pipit Cottage

Burnsall sits on the River Wharfe in the Yorkshire Dales, a village where the walking starts at your door and the Dales Way passes through. Pipit Cottage is positioned to take in views across the river and surrounding countryside, with a coffee shop, café, pub and restaurant all within a short walk. The Fell Hotel is nearby if you want a proper meal without cooking.

Inside, the cottage has two bedrooms—a double and a single—and one bathroom with a bath and shower. Downstairs, a living room with a Smart TV opens onto a kitchen/dining room with an electric range, so you can cook properly. An enclosed garden with patio furniture gives you outdoor space. Wifi, electricity, bed linen and heating are all included. There is parking for one car on site. The cottage does not accept children under five, and smoking is not permitted.

This is a base for serious walking or cycling holidays, or for a quieter break in the Dales. The riverside location and proximity to walking trails mean you can be on the fells within minutes.
