Quail Lodge

North Yorkshire's villages sit within rolling countryside where riverside walks and woodland trails connect quiet hamlets to each other. Quail Lodge is a ground-floor property on the edge of this landscape, giving you a private hot tub, parking for two cars, and direct access to the surrounding 5 acres of grounds shared with a small number of other holiday properties. The whole place is yours alone—no other guests in the building.

Inside, a single open-plan space combines living, dining and kitchen areas, with French doors opening onto a decked seating area. The kitchen has an electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave and fridge-freezer. Three bedrooms sleep six: one with a king bed, one with two single beds, and one with a bunk bed. There is one shower room. Essentials are covered—electricity, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included, along with underfloor central heating. A laundry room with coin-operated machines is available if you need it. The property has wheelchair access and an electric car charging point.

This is a no-smoking property. One well-behaved pet is welcome. Families with young children will find it practical; travel cots and a highchair are available on request, as is a shower seat. The natural water supply comes from a borehole, and the grounds border a canal.
