What visitors say
A busy bank holiday Monday but we managed to park okay. Parking could be found for free nearby but since we were visiting the RSPB site it was worth paying. The walks are lovely and we'll maintained. Visitors were respectful of the area other than 3 teenage girls with 2 dogs running wild off their leads - not great at nesting time. Popped into the visitors centre for a coffee after our walk.

Fantastic place for birdspotting or a walk with helpful volunteers on site. Toilets are spotless and other facilities are great. Very accessible, but with a few hills on gravel paths. Car park is £4 for non-members

Really disappointed today. The feeding station jetty has gone. No up close and personal feeding the swans etc. The walk around the site is good if you like looking at trees, trees and pathways. Parking is cheap enough however internet connection for the machine is sketchy and connecting on your phone even worse. You can pay at the shop though. There is a play area and picnic benches. Shop and toilets. Staff are helpful too. St Aidan's for the walk and view of wildlife is better.

Great trails, with amazing views and spots for birdwatchers. All well maintained, children and dog friendly. Parking £4 per day. Nice RSPB shop with spots to enjoy a hot drink at the entrance.
