Summertree Farm - The Mews

Summertree Farm sits two miles from Thornton-le-Dale in rural North Yorkshire, within the North York Moors. The Mews is a converted farm building arranged over one storey, set in a quiet courtyard alongside other holiday lets. Ground-floor access means no steps to manage, and you get the whole place to yourself—a double bedroom with ensuite shower, an open-plan living and dining area, and a kitchen equipped for proper cooking rather than heating up ready meals.

One car space comes with the booking, and there's a shared bike store if you've brought your own. An external washing machine (shared with neighbouring properties) handles laundry. The essentials—heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi—are included. Your one dog stays free. You can arrange use of the owner's private swimming pool, which operates weather permitting and costs extra.

The location suits couples or small groups wanting to walk or cycle in the Moors; the villages scattered through this part of North Yorkshire are within reasonable reach. Thornton-le-Dale itself, a few miles away, has shops and pubs.
