Littondale sits deep in the Yorkshire Dales, surrounded by the kind of open country that draws walkers year-round. Skipton market town is 14 miles away; Settle, Malham and Grassington are all close enough for a day out. The local pub is within walking distance, and nearby villages offer restaurants and more varied food. Routes through the valleys range from gentle riverside paths to serious hill walks, depending on what appeals.

Tansy Close is a converted barn arranged over one level, with a living space that combines sitting and dining areas, and a kitchen fitted for proper cooking. One bedroom has a kingsize four-poster bed and its own bathroom with bath and shower; the other has two singles and a separate shower room. Both bedrooms are ensuite. The property has its own entrance and is yours alone for the duration of your stay.

On-site you'll find an indoor heated swimming pool and sauna, useful after outdoor days or simply for relaxing. There's a children's play area if you're bringing young ones, parking on the grounds, and electric vehicle charging available. Bed linen, towels and wifi are included. The grounds do contain a river and drops, so that's worth knowing if you have very small children. No smoking inside.
