Teal Lodge

Teal Lodge is a modern build on a rural North Yorkshire site, designed for larger family groups or two families sharing. The property is yours alone, with private parking for two cars and your own hot tub on the decking. Three bedrooms sleep six: a kingsize, two single beds, and a bunk bed. There's one wet room with shower and a separate toilet, plus a laundry room with a coin-operated washer and tumble dryer.

The open-plan ground floor combines living, dining and kitchen areas. You'll find a dishwasher, microwave, electric cooker and fridge, along with Freeview TV and DVD player. Air source underfloor heating and electricity are included, as are bed linen, towels and wifi. The grounds are shared with other properties on the site but span 5 acres and border a canal; you get your own sitting-out area with garden furniture on the decking. One well-behaved dog is welcome. The property is not suitable for smoking.

Nearby villages offer country walks through rolling hills and woodland. An electric car charging point is available if needed. Wheelchair access is possible at ground level. Check-in is after 4pm and checkout before 10am.
