The Sandpiper

Everything you need for a seaside stay is built in here. The Sandpiper comes with electricity, heating, bed linen and towels already sorted, plus wifi throughout. The kitchen has an electric cooker, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, so you can cook properly or travel light. There's parking for one car on site, and an enclosed patio garden with furniture for sitting out.

The layout spreads across two floors. Downstairs, the open-plan living and dining room has sofas around an electric fire and a table for six, with patio doors leading to the garden. The kitchen opens off this space. Upstairs are three bedrooms—two kingsize beds and one with bunks—and two bathrooms with shower facilities. Ground floor also has a separate toilet. The whole property is yours alone for the duration of your stay, sleeping six comfortably. One dog is welcome at no extra cost.

Filey's beach is minutes on foot. The town centre, with fish and chips and other shops, is equally close. No smoking indoors.
